Are your meats prepared according to Halal practices?Updated a day ago

All of our beef and lamb products are prepared in accordance with Halal practices, except for our Miyazaki Japanese Wagyu, which follows traditional Japanese processing methods. 

Please note that our thick sausages are made with natural hog casings.
