Our loyalty discounts apply across your order at the item level. So if you redeem, for example, $100 worth of points, the system spreads that discount across each product in your cart.

That means the refunded amount for a returned item may be slightly lower than its listed price, because you didn’t pay full price for it. The refund is calculated based on how much was actually paid for that item after your discount was applied.

This is automatically handled by the Shopify system and ensures everything stays fair and accurate.
