Can I return the packaging?Updated 17 days ago

We’re unable to accept packaging returns for health and safety reasons, as it’s been used to transport fresh meat.

However, most of it can be reused or recycled:

• Remove the plastic and place the wool liner in your green bin or compost

• The icepacks can be drained into the garden or, better yet, cut into smaller pieces and kept in the freezer for your next BBQ or picnic

It’s a small way to keep things sustainable at home.
