What are short-shelf life items?

Short shelf life items include but are not limited to the following products:

- Fullblood Wagyu Beef Wellington Marbling Score 9+ Stone Axe - 650g

- Wagyu Pepper Steak Pie with Peppercorn Sauce by MANU x Broomfields – 2 Pieces

- Vic's House Made Wagyu Beef Lasagne 1.0kg

- Free Range Chicken & Leek Pie Vic's x Broomfields - 2 Pieces

- Traditional Fullblood Wagyu Beef & Onion Pie Vic's x Broomfields - 2 Pieces

Policy around refund/cancellation of orders with short-shelf life.

Regarding the scarcity and popularity of short shelf life items, any order that has been placed that includes a short-shelf life item is not eligible for a refund/ order cancellation. This is due to the fact that these items cannot be restocked and resold easily once purchased and dedicated to a specific order and to make it fair for customers who may have missed out due to the limited stock numbers

Checkout delivery days being affected

Due to the limited short shelf life of these items, we cannot offer delivery in certain areas on certain days due to the fact that the item will be close to expiry or already expired by the time of arrival. If you experience issues at checkout with no delivery days showing for selection (even though you have gotten deliveries before), please remove these items from your basket to enable checkout delivery days to show for selection.
