Our mince is one of very few that can say it is 100% preservative free. Mince is a delicate product that has had its physical structure and oxygen levels dramatically changed during the mincing process.  

Even with only the best raw materials used – it is for the above reasons we recommend a 5-day shelf life for mince. This will ensure that your product is of exceptional quality every time you receive it.
