Short shelf life items are products that need to be eaten within a few days of delivery. These include anything from our Ready To Go collection, like pies, lasagne, and our Fullblood Wagyu Beef Wellington.

Can I cancel or refund an order with short shelf life items?
Unfortunately, no. Due to how limited and popular these items are, once they’re packed for your order, they can’t be restocked or resold. This policy helps keep things fair for others who may have missed out.

Why can't I select a delivery date at checkout?
Some short shelf life items aren’t suitable for delivery to certain areas on certain days, as they may arrive too close to their expiry. If no delivery dates are showing, try removing any Ready To Go items from your cart to unlock available options.
