If the delivery address entered at checkout is incorrect, we’re not able to offer a refund or replacement as the order has been prepared and delivered as requested.

We know mistakes happen. But because our team packs thousands of orders each week and your delivery is fulfilled by a third-party courier, it’s really important that the address details are correct at the time of ordering.
