In the natural world, no two animals will ever be the same, therefore standardizing the appearance of meat is a next-to-impossible task. Our imagery should be used to identify portion size, cut or product and should be used as a reference or guide only. This means you may see some variances in hue, presence of fat and/ or marbling. Our quality assurance team is on hand each day to ensure that there are no significant variances in our product.
