Do you offer same day delivery?

As all of our products are cut fresh, we require a minimum of 2 days lead time to plan and prepare our online orders. Due to this, we are unable to provide same day delivery options

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes! You can select 'Pick Up' upon checking out. We offer Click & Collect at our Sydney Fish Market location in Pyrmont or our Head Office in Mascot.

How much does delivery Cost?

All orders under $150 will be charged a Delivery fee of $18.00(Metro) - $20.00 (Regional) Australia Wide. We currently do not ship to WA & NT

There are no delivery slots available for the day I want?

We may not deliver to your area on that specific day or some short shelf-life items in your cart might be impacting deliverability dates. Please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team to confirm this at 9317 6900 or alternatively, please

How does my meat stay fresh during transit?

We utilize a temperature-controlled supply chain to ensure your product stays fresh during transit. Our cardboard cartons are double walled and ice packs are readily used during transit to keep your order fresh from start to finish.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you are not home to accept your delivery, our delivery partners will decide if your order is safe to leave and will place it in a safe location. If our delivery partners deem the location unsafe, they will take your order back to the depot and sch

How can I track my order?

You will be sent an SMS message with a tracking link, 24 hours prior/before your delivery is scheduled to take place. Once your order has left the depot, you will be able to track the progress of your delivery live!
